This mini course is a neat, intentionally designed package of classes that I have personally chosen for you. Each of these 5 classes have been created, taught and shared with the yoga community to pass on what I call 'yoga skills'. These skills apply to your practice and your life.
These 5 practices offer you a well-balanced experience of yoga. Do them when you can, where you are, at your leisure, to make yoga a part of your self care.
You need very little to start. Just a desire to feel terrific in mind and body, a mat if you have one, and an open mind to learn.
