Sometime wisdom comes from a friend, a home practice, an injury, an idea during meditation. Most often, if we listen closely, our body communicates quite clearly to us with its needs. It loves to heal. It craves homeostasis. It needs to move. It desires rest.

We reach a point, as teachers and students, where we realize a close relationship with our body through our yoga practice. But our bodies are organic, alive, and ever changing in their structure down to their chemistry. And so our care of our body is ever changing, if we listen closely.
