Welcome. I am Mary, and I have been teaching yoga for 16 years.
I love anatomy, breaking down the practice to make it accessible,
and especially inspiring students to feel amazing.
For now, during this time of pandemic, I am teaching exclusively on zoom, by donation.
Below you will find a SINGLE LINK to my classes.
Join me for yoga, which always includes movement through poses (asana),
attention to the breath (pranayama), and a chance to sit still (meditation).
You will also notice that I have two short morning sessions of light weight training,
with emphasis on creating energy, strength, and functional movement.
Hope to see you on the mat! No experience needed. No special clothing.
No registration. Just come when you can.
