for the love of self

our february on the mat was filled with love,

not the love we send away,

but the love we guide to our self.

it all started with questions of inquiry and thoughts.

and then you all chimed in to collect the HOW TO, and so I encourage us all to...

~ be aware

~ ask for what you need

~ create boundaries

~ eat clean, healthy foods

~ rest

~ soak in the tub

~ have time alone

~ get outside, a lot

~ reduce the chemicals you breath, eat, rub on your skin, use on your grass

~ do the things you love "3 for 5" => 3 things for 5 minutes each day

~ "leave it at the stop sign" => conserve your energy

~ meditate or just be still

~ commit to you
