Moving your body through the asana (poses) goes way beyond instilling strength and flexibility. These poses train the mind and body together to use skills when needed the most. Times of stress lead to fear which lead to poor health in mind and body. So I encourage you, especially now, to take your skills and get busy on your mat.
Above is my new take on our sun salutation, especially designed to challenge and develop your balance and stability, so that as you progress through this sequence, you leave fear and stress behind. As always, include kindness as you practice, making any changes or modifications that you need. We will practice this together in our zoom classes, so know that I am right here for you.
