there is only so much time in the early morning... but this is my ritual almost every morning...
one on the right, and one on the left, and I feel whole again.
sometimes I move slowly, lingering in each pose for several breaths.
sometimes I synchronize my movement with each breath, creating some internal heat. sometimes, I am in jeans without a mat, and it still works.
and always, I end with a big pause, just to breathe.
(this sequence was a result of my morning time on my mat, looking for ways to create a different salute to the sun, and to reach almost every muscle in my body. I encourage you to get creative!)
