since spring has been so indecisive, here is one that can help bring some
heat to your hips and a little opening to your heart.
send the hips forward in your low lunge.
linger in lizard pose.
root deeply through hands and feet in down dog.
keep the breath with you.
know that you don't have to include all the poses,
and 'ahimsa' the whole thing by modifying to your body.
